GM and Volunteering Requirements

Thank you for your intreste in Volunteering for Delta H Con 2009. The following information should help with your decision.

Volunteers are required to work at least 8 hours in minimum 4 hours sets over the full weekend to receive a complimentary Convention Pass.
Game Masters (GM's) are required to run 3 game sessions over the full weekend to receive a complimentary Convention Pass. If a GM hosts a very large event that takes an excessive amount of time the 3 game session requirement maybe waved. Please speak with us about this.

Volunteers and GM's are allowed to enter tournaments and competitions as long as
1) They are not directly involved in the setup and/or running of that event.
2) They are not scheduled to work during the event.
3) They pay all associated Event entry costs.
